I feel like I’ve been too quiet here lately, but with good reason. I’m all for pushing your limits and trying to best yourself, but there is a point where you need to stop and listen to your body.
I finally listened after feeling terrible all weekend and went to see my fav person this morning… The chiropractor! 🙌
I put myself out of alignment with pushing my body so hard these last few weeks and in turn pushed my ribs out of alignment causing burning shoulder blade pain.
A simple alignment and the pain was relieved. Granted its still tender but at least now I can move my arm more freely. And not wince every time I try to pick things up.
In the end, it’s best to listen to your body and let it rest when needed. I will not likely make the last 22 miles to complete the 60 By Spring Challenge. But if I don’t take care of my body I could do worse damage.It is after all, the only one I have. 😊
